When our lovely Megan Avon passed away irl earlier this year many of her friends and members of the Daydreamer Group contributed to her memory book and made in-world $ donations to her son, Austin's College Fund. A hard copy of the book was sent to Austin in USA and was also posted online for all to read. I kept the money safe until sure we had the correct bank account details. (Call me paranoid if you like but I wanted to be certain it went to the right place).
It took AGES to track down the details ... we used Facebook, email and other methods ... but I'm so happy and proud to say that a check for US$400 was posted to the bank in USA today to be deposited directly into Austin's College Fund Trust Account.
I can't tell you how grateful i am to everyone for their support and generosity. Thank you!!! I know Meg is smiling too .. we all miss you lovely Meggles ... rest in peace.
