Dare to Daydream (Author unknown)
Choose a wish, find a dream, pick a lucky star
Let your hopes and spirits soar - high and free and far
Reach for the unreachable, stretch towards the sky
Know no dream you treasure is too far away to try
Believe in the impossible, then aim and work and do
For only those who dare to dream, can make a dream come true.
Let your hopes and spirits soar - high and free and far
Reach for the unreachable, stretch towards the sky
Know no dream you treasure is too far away to try
Believe in the impossible, then aim and work and do
For only those who dare to dream, can make a dream come true.
Daydream by Cassie McNair
Whenever I day dream,
and day dream I do,
in my secret garden,
I day dream of you.
I day dream of you,
In my magical land;
embracing me tight
and holding my hand.
Holding my hand,
and touching my face.
Just you and me,
in this peaceful place.
In this peaceful place
a pristine river flows.
Where the unicorns run,
a breeze always blows.
A breeze always blows
and sings of a song;
Our love in a place
where you're never gone.
Where you're never gone
is as it would seem,
from dusk until dawn,
whenever I day dream.
And whenever I day dream,
and day dream I do,
in my secret garden,
I day dream of you.
and day dream I do,
in my secret garden,
I day dream of you.
I day dream of you,
In my magical land;
embracing me tight
and holding my hand.
Holding my hand,
and touching my face.
Just you and me,
in this peaceful place.
In this peaceful place
a pristine river flows.
Where the unicorns run,
a breeze always blows.
A breeze always blows
and sings of a song;
Our love in a place
where you're never gone.
Where you're never gone
is as it would seem,
from dusk until dawn,
whenever I day dream.
And whenever I day dream,
and day dream I do,
in my secret garden,
I day dream of you.
A Daydream of Love (Author unknown)
I dream of you in your dress on a picnic blanket
Sparkling in the late sun of an early spring
Smiling in the breeze
Hair pinned carelessly hanging on
Leaves orange and yellow floating past your skin
Or daydreaming green in the trees
Seesawing back and forth
Like an ocean swell motioned to dream
I dream of you dreaming into the future
Dreaming on a picnic blanket
No notice of time but specs of dust
Dancing in rays of sunlight
Like new lovers set free by the stars
I dream of you in a summer breeze
Just the way you were back then
Just the way you are
Sparkling in the late sun of an early spring

Smiling in the breeze
Hair pinned carelessly hanging on
Leaves orange and yellow floating past your skin
Or daydreaming green in the trees
Seesawing back and forth
Like an ocean swell motioned to dream
I dream of you dreaming into the future
Dreaming on a picnic blanket
No notice of time but specs of dust
Dancing in rays of sunlight
Like new lovers set free by the stars
I dream of you in a summer breeze
Just the way you were back then
Just the way you are
Sparkling in the late sun of an early spring
Daydreams
Daydreaming sets us free,
free to do anything,
be anything within the
realm of imagination.
A release from reality,
a world in which there is
complete control.
Where decisions are never wrong,
a place without violence, where
contentment massages the soul.
A world through which frustration
and anger are expelled causing a release,
a calming effect, maybe a new beginning.
Daydreaming sets us free to
return to reality.
